Do you ship for free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.
How long until it arrives?
We prepare orders in 1 to 2 business days, then standard tracked delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. You will get a tracking link the moment it is on its way.
Where do you ship?
Across the US, the Alps (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy) and Canada, plus New Zealand, Australia and Chile when it is their season. Don't see your country? Email us and we'll try to sort it.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Email support@frozenoir.com with your order number to start; we'll approve it and send the return address. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind and sizing returns; we cover it if an item arrives damaged or wrong.
