Frozenoir works with a secure payment processor to accept all the major payment methods used in the United States. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end, and your card details are handled directly by our payment provider rather than being kept on our servers.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your payment method is charged the moment your order is submitted. If, for any reason, an order cannot be accepted or is canceled before shipping, the full amount is automatically released back to your original payment method. Authorization holds from declined transactions usually clear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Currency and Pricing

All prices on the Site are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may add a currency conversion fee or a foreign transaction fee, which is set by your card issuer rather than by Frozenoir.

Secure Checkout

Our checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and payment processing is carried out by Shopify Payments and its partner gateways, which are certified to the highest payment-industry standards (PCI DSS Level 1). Sensitive card data is never visible to or stored by Frozenoir staff.
