- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day are usually processed that same day. Anything that comes in after that point is picked up the following business day.
- Processing Time: Once your order has come through, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be prepared and handed over for shipment. We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Transit Time: From the moment your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
- Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Cost: We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. From time to time, factors beyond our control may affect when your order arrives.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing it. Once that window has closed, your order may already be moving through our fulfillment process, and changes may no longer be possible.
